Return & Refund Policy

We use handwoven material for our products; therefore, it may have some irregularities in weaves and can't be considered a defect.
We can't give any guarantees on colour fastness. Natural dyes like indigo will bleed during the first wash and we cannot offer any returns/exchanges in such cases.
Slight colour variation may occur due to the differences in the display settings of your monitor, tablets, and mobile devices. And we can't offer an exchange or refund in these situations.
Please read the wash and care instructions. Damage caused by employing the wrong methods of wash and care will not be considered as the reason for exchange/ refund.
If You have received the wrong product i.e., the colour, size, or a defective/damaged product, we can replace it but it may be subject to the following conditions.
Eligibility
Exchanges and returns are accepted only for items with intact tags, original packaging, unused and undamaged condition, and accompanied by a valid opening video. The opening video should be continuous (uncut), clearly show the outer package with shipping label, and the item’s condition at first opening.
Timeline
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or return, including your order number and unboxing/opening video.
Process
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and reason.
- We will review and share next steps and pickup/return instructions.
- Upon receiving the item and quality check, we will process exchange or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or tailored items made specifically for you.
- Items with removed tags, missing original packaging, or signs of wear/damage (including perfume or makeup marks).
- Items where colour bleed occurs due to natural dyes when care instructions were not followed.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items marked Final Sale (only one piece left per size).
- Discontinued or end-of-line items.
- Items with limited stock where size swaps aren’t possible.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as applicable. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after successful quality check of the returned item.
Return Shipping
For wrong or defective items confirmed by our team, return shipping is covered by us. For other cases (e.g., preference change), return shipping may be borne by the customer. We will provide instructions during the return initiation.
International Orders
International returns/exchanges may not be available or can incur higher shipping costs. Please contact us to check feasibility before initiating a return.
